| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨低温等离子射频治疗鼾症的各种不同方法 和疗效.方法 鼾症患者106例,轻度44例,中度38例,重度24例.采用软腭及腭垂切开、下鼻甲、腭垂、舌根、扁桃体等离子打孔减容等方法 治疗.分别于术后1个月及3个月观察疗效.结果 1个月有效率为83.02%,3个月有效率为86.79%,AHI术前为47.35±4.99,术后1个月为23.23±4.87(P<0.05),术后3个月为17.79±6.22(P<0.05).结论 应用低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼾症安全可行、操作简单、损伤小、康复快,值得推广.

Clinical Study of Coblation in the Treatment of OSAHS |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of OSAHS with Coblation. Method 106 eases of OSAHS were treated with Coblation. Inverstigators made a global evaluation with symptom scores before and after treatment one month and three month. Results Coblation provided an excellent improvement at the end of the study. Conclusion For effeciency, accuracy, little blood, fewer complication and convenience in use,coblatation is a better treatment in OSAHS. |
