摘    要:目的:对蒲公英超微细粉体有效成分溶出特性进行观察研究。方法:对蒲公英药材进行细胞级微粉碎;用薄层色谱法对其所含成溶出特性进行观察研究。结果:超微细粉体薄层色谱有明显改变,其中代表成分咖啡酸可在甲醇及水中快速溶出。结论:蒲公英经超微粉碎后,成分溶出特性有明显改变,由此可简化提取过程。

Abstract:Objective:To observe and study microscopic characteristics of dissolving-out characteristics of effective compositions from Taraxacum mongolicum Hand Mazz.. Methods: Taraxacum mongolicum Hand Mazz. was porphyrized into cell-level ultramicro-powder; the dissolving characteristics of its compositions were observed and studied with the method of thin-layer chromatography.Results: The findings indicate that thin-layer chromatography of effective compositions are remarkably improved, after it is ultramicro-porphyrized, and the representive composition, caffeic acid, is rapidly dissolved out from methanol and water. Conclusion:The findings indicate that dissolving-out characteristics changes greatly after it is ultramicro-porphyrized, it can simplize the extracting process.
