| 摘 要： | 综观20世纪医疗服务的发展历程,医疗模式经历了“以疾病为中心”的传统医疗服务模式到“以病人为中心”的新的医疗服务模式的转变。90年代以来,循证医学的发展,促进了“以病人为中心”模式的转变与发展。“以病人为中心”的模式,也成为我国现代化医院改革与发展的主题。

| Abstract: | The development of medical care model has been transferred from "disease-centered medicine" to "patient-centered medicine" since the 20th century. "Patient-centered medicine" has been developed and promoted with the emergence of evidence-based medicine in 1990s. The concept and development of "patient-centered medicine" was discussed in this paper. |
