摘    要:目的:探讨有效抑制手术器械生锈的方法,方法:随机将妇产科常用的手术器械100件分为观察组和对照组.每组50件.观察组器械采用新5步清洗保养法,对照组器械按常规的清洗保养法,正常使用3个月.对照两组器械的生锈率、结果:观察组器械生锈率为2%,对照组为22%.两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01),结论:新清洗保养法将器械的清洗与保养贯穿在一起.有效抑制了器械的生锈,减少了科室内器械锈蚀的损耗,为临床提供了更安全的器械,也降低了医院感染的风险。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effective method to restrain operation equipment from rusting. Methods: 100 pieces of operation equipment were radomly divided into two groups. 50 pieces were used as an observation group and 50 pieces as the control group. The observation group was subjected to 5 new steps disinfection and maintenance method, while the control group was subjected to the routine method. The equipment from both group were used in a normal way for 3 month, the the rate of rusting in the two griups were observed and compared. Results: The rates of rusting were 2% and 22% of the observation and the control group respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The disinfection and maintenance method of 5 new steps. Effectively retrained the rusty sports on the equipment and reduced the expediture of purchasing equipment in the surgical department. It would greatly increase the safety of the operation equipment in clinical department and reduce the risk of hospital infection.
