| 摘 要： | 采用ＳＤ大鼠心肌缺血再藻注模型，观察血液稀释对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的影响，结果表明：血液稀释预防组与再灌注对照组比，心律失常发生率明显降低（Ｐ〈０．０１），与假手术对照组比，判别无差异性（Ｐ〉０．０５）。说明血液稀释能明显降低大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的发生率，对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of hemodilution on arrhythmia in myoc ardial ischemia - reperfusion of rats was observed bymeans of a model of myocardial ischemida - reperfusion in 3D rats. The result showed that the occurrence rate of arrhythmin inhemodilution prevention group was obviously lower than that of myocardial ischemia - reperfusion control group(P <0.01 ),and there was no statistted difference between hendilution prevention group and sham operation coned group in the occurrence rate of arrhythmia(P > 0.05). It is suggested that hemodilution can distinctively decrease the occurrence rate of arrhythmia in myocardial ischemia - reperfusion and protect myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury Of rat. |
