抗精神病药物临床应用的比较分析

目的：比较精神分裂症患临床药物使用情况。方法：对我院279例精神分裂症住院患三年前后临床使用抗精神病药物的种类、剂量、合并用药及疗效进行分析。结果：发现两组问的差异有显性意义。结论：合并用药率，常用剂量及大剂量治疗率均低于以往；非典型抗精神病药物逐渐取代传统的典型抗精神病药物；其治疗作用及副作用方面亦优于经典的抗精神病药物。
