西比灵治疗血管性眩晕的临床疗效观察

为探讨西比灵在治疗血管性眩晕中的疗效，筛选出经颈血管超声多谱勒确诊的由于椎其底动脉系统供血不足所致的眩晕患者６例，为分两组，运用西比灵作治疗组，尼莫地平作且进行临床观察。并比较了用药后椎动脉血流量的变化。

The Observation on The Clinical Curative Effect of Sibelium for Vascular Vertigo

In order to explore the curative effect of sibelium for curing vertigo,sixty persons who have diagnosed by neck vessel ultrasonic doppler and the vertigo results from vertebra plinth artery system pathology were divided into two groups.One of groups was cured by sibelium as treated group and the other was cured by Nimodipine as control group. And their clinical effects were evaluated and vertebra artery blood flow was also measured. Results: The total effective rate and clear effective rate increased apparently in treated group most than that of control group ( P <0 05).In addition,the blood flow of vertebra artery after using drugs was also higher than that of no using drugs in treated group. The results indicated that the sibelium is very effective for vascular vertigo. And Sibelium can promote the blood flow of vertebra artery.
