| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声心动图在急性胸痛病因鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 回顾分析240例胸痛病人急诊超声心动图检查资料。结果 急诊超声检查的诊断阳性率为71．6％(172／240)。其中冠心病78例(32．5％)、高血压性心脏病33例(13．7％)、瓣膜病22例(9．2％)、心包积液12例(5．0％)、肥厚性心肌病6例(2．5％)、主动脉夹层动脉瘤7例(2．9％)、肺心病8例(3．3％)、其他6例(2．5％6／240)。结论 急诊超声心动图检查对胸痛的病因诊断与鉴别诊断有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective This study reviewed the value of echocardiography in diagnosis of acute chest pains. Methods The echocardiography data of 240 cases with acute chest pains were retrospectively studied. Results The overall echo sensitivity was 71.6% (172/240). Among the cases, there were 78 coronary heart diseases, 33 hypertensive heart diseases, 22 valvular diseases, 12 pericardial effusions, 6 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, 7 aortic dissections, 8 pulmonary heart diseases and 6 others. Conclusions Emergency echo scan was helpful in differentiation of acute chest pains. |
