| 摘 要： | The specimens of 55 cases of hepatoma were prepared with routineparaffin and ultrathin sections. Under light microscope, 7 cases were gradeI hepatoma, and 38 and 10 cases were grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively.Ultrastructurally, the nucleoli were markedly enlarged, increased in numberand showed polymorphism. The more poorly differentiated hepatomasmanifested the more prominent abnormalities of the nucleoli. Thesephenomena were related closely to the vigorous metabolism of hepatoma. Onthe basis of the nucleolar changes, it might probably be regarded as one ofthe criteria for the differentiation of hepatomas and helpful to prognosis aswell.
