| 摘 要： | 前列腺除术后，伤口疼痛及痉挛性收缩痛是患最强烈的痛苦，一般镇痛药物效果欠佳，对31例患采用留置硬膜外导管注药镇痛的办法，具有效果好，副作用小，病人恢复快等优点。
