心血管内科护理质量与用药安全管理

目的:探讨心血管内科的护理质量与用药安全。方法:对我院240例心血管内科患者的护理质量与用药安全情况进行回顾性分析,总结出相关的不规范因素,从而提出改进措施。结果:共发生不规范事项25项,其中,患者因素、护理人员因素、药物因素和院方因素导致的分别为4项、13项、5项和3项。结论:心血管内科护理质量与用药安全管理的不规范主要来源于患者自身、护理人员、药物和院方四个方面,可以从患者的心理护理、护理人员的综合素质、用药安全的监管和收费管理等方面予以改善。

Quality of Care in Cardiovascular Internal Medicine and Drug Safety Management

Objective:To investigate the quality of care in cardiovascular medicine and drug safety.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 240 cases of hospital quality of care of patients with cardiovascular medicine and drug safety situation,summed up the relevant non-standard factors,and recommend improvements.Results:There were 25 non-standard items,including,patient factors,nurse factors,drug factors and factors leading to hospital were 4,13,5 and 3.Conclusion:The nursing quality in cardiovascular medicine and drug safety management is not standardized mainly from four aspects,including patients themselves,nurses,drugs and hospital,Could be improved in many aspects,including psychological care of patients,the overall quality of nursing staff,medication supervision and safety management fees etc.
