五脏阴阳辨证对中医各家学说形成的影响

五脏阴阳辨证渊源于《黄帝内经》,是一种集唯物论和辩证法思想于一体的医学思辨模式,在中医学理论体系中占有十分重要的地位。自《内经》以后,后世医家根据各自的临床实践,分别从不同的侧面反映着《黄帝内经》的理论思想,进而形成了丰富多彩的中医各家学说。通过回顾中医学发展历史,研究主要医学流派（伤寒学派、河间学派、易水学派、攻邪学派、丹溪学派、温补学派和温病学派）及其代表医家的学术思想、临床经验,阐明了《黄帝内经》中五脏阴阳辨证思维对后世各家学说形成的影响。

Effects of The Thought of Differentiation of Syndromes of YIN and YANG in Five Viscera on The Formation of Different Schools of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The thought of differentiation of syndromes of YIN and YANG in five viscera starts from Huangdi Nei Jing. It is a kind of medical thinking mode which combines materialism with dialectic and constitutes a significant presence in the traditional Chinese medicine theory. Since Nei Jing, later generations of doctors demonstrated the thoughts in Huangdi Nei Jing based on their own clinical experiences, which led to the production of different schools of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the author reviewed the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and also studied academic and clinical experience of major medical schools, such as the school of febrile disease, Liu Hejian school, Yishui school, the school of attacking evils, Danxi school, school of thermal and heat tonicity remedies and school of seasonal febrile disease, with their representative doctors, therefore clarified the thought of differentiation of syndromes of YIN and YANG in five viscera in Huangdi Nei Jing played a significant role on the formation of later different schools of traditional Chinese medicine.
