| 摘 要： | 目的 观察红霉素联合顺铂行胸膜粘连术治疗大量恶性胸腔积液的疗效。 方法 36例患者均采用胸腔闭式引流术 ,注入红霉素、5 0 %高渗葡萄糖、利多卡因、顺铂 ,每周 1次。 结果 红霉素联合顺铂行胸膜粘连术治疗恶性胸腔积液总有效率为 94 .4 % ,其中完全缓解 2 2例 (6 1.11% ) ,部分缓解 12例 (33.33% )。 结论 红霉素联合顺铂行胸膜粘连术治疗恶性胸腔积液安全、疗效满意

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of pleurodesis with erythromycin and cisplatin (DDP) on malignant pleural effusion.Methods Thoracodrain was used on 36 cases with malignant pleural effusion.The drugs of erythromycin, 50%Glucose, cisplatin and lidocaine were infused into the thoracic cavity once a week.Results The total effective rate was 94.4% among which 22cases(61.11%) total remittent,12cases(33.33%) partial remittent.Conclusion The clinical effects of pleurodesis with erythromycin and cisplatin on malignant pleural effusion was safe and efficient. |
