| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肥大、下垂鼻翼的微创整复方法。方法：采用鼻前庭不规则梯形软组织切除合并埋线法对80例鼻翼肥大下垂患者进行整复。结果：经过3个月～2年的回访,仅出现3例患者鼻外瘢痕轻度增生,3例患者切口愈合欠佳,经激光磨削及清创缝合后可获满意效果。余74例患者术后效果满意。结论：鼻前庭不规则梯形软组织切除合并埋线法简单易行,对整复鼻翼肥大下垂效果理想。且创伤小,切口隐蔽不易遗留瘢痕,值得临床推广。
