我国实验性护理研究的局限性分析

目的]总结改革开放二十余年来我国实验性护理研究的发展,揭示其存在的局限性和不足。方法]以我国核心/引证护理期刊中刊载的实验性护理研究论文为研究对象,采用文献计量学方法,手工查阅《中华护理杂志》、《实用护理杂志》、《护理学杂志》、《护理研究》共5 0 9期,从中检出实验性护理研究论文12 63篇。应用自行编制的资料收集记录表,对论文作者基本情况、论文的抽样方法、取样范围、研究工具及效能、资料收集分析方法以及存在的局限性等重点指标进行资料收集。将观察指标输入SAS 6.12统计软件,根据统计结果进行描述和分析。结果]我国实验性护理研究设计及测量工具的使用不够规范,对科研资料的完整性重视不够,资料分析方法不正确,实验研究违背伦理原则,科研协作范围小。结论]应加强我国实验性护理研究的规范性。

Analysis on limitation of experimental nursing research in China

Objective: It summarized the development, limitation and disadvantage of nursing experiment research in recent 20 years after reform and open-door policy in China. Method:Nursing experiment research articles published in core periodicals or citing journals as subjects,1 263 pieces were searched from "Chinese Nursing Journals", "Practical Nursing Journal","Journal of Nursing Science" and "Chinese Nursing Research", accounting totally 509 issues by literature calculating manual check method. Data including major indexes such as common materials, basic information about authors, sampling methods, sampling extent, study equipment and its effect, data collecting and analyzing methods and the limitations were collected via filling out self-made materials collecting scale. Then the data were put into SAS 6.12 statistic software. It was described and analyzed based on the statistical outcome.Result:It showed that the uses of metrical implement in nursing experiment research were not standard in China. Nursing researchers pay less attention to the integrity of scientific research data, incorrect of data analysis methods. And some experimental studies deviated from ethics and narrow scope of scientific research cooperation. Conclusion:One should strengthen the specification of nursing experimental research in China.
