以腹泻为首发症状的急性阑尾炎5例误诊分析

目的分析以腹泻为首发症状的急性阑尾炎患者临床症状,为减少误诊提供依据。方法通过对5例以腹泻为首发症状的急性阑尾炎患者临床症进行分析。结果 5例患者均无典型转移性右下腹痛及麦氏点压痛、反跳痛等急性阑尾炎典型症状体征,而仅表现为单纯腹泻,但最后确诊为急性阑尾炎。结论对于腹泻的患者,持续高烧,止泻效果不好的,应考虑急性阑尾炎。

Analysis on 5 Misdiagnosed Patients of Acute Appendicitis With Initial Symptom of Diarrhea

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of patients of acute appendicitis with initial symptoms of diarrhea and thus to provide references for reducing misdiagnosis of this disease. Methods Clinical manifestations of 5 patients of acute appendicitis with initial symptom of diarrhea were summarized. Results The 5 confirmed patents manifested simple diarrhea and without typical symptoms and signs of metastatic right lower abdominal pain or Mcburney point tenderness or rebound tenderness. Conclusion Patients with intractable diarrhea and prolonged high fever should be considered the possibility of acute appendicitis.
