| 摘 要： | 卫生监督工作需要有先进的卫生监督文化体系作支撑,为积极探索实践＂走监督服务之路、树文明执法之风＂的服务型卫生监督模式,创造和谐的卫生监督执法环境,作者认为文明执法是构建和谐卫生监督的前提,强化服务是构建和谐卫生监督的手段,加强队伍建设是构建和谐卫生监督的基础等三方面进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The health supervision necessitates supports of advanced cultural system. To actively explore the implementation of ＂Taking the road of supervisory services and establishing civilized law enforcement manners＂ and create harmonious health supervision civilized law enforcement ,the author deems that civilized law enforcement is the precondition of establish harmonious health supervision, that strengthened service is the means to establish harmonious health supervision and that strengthened team construction is the basis of harmonious health supervision. |
