药学论著中抗感染药物配伍矛盾论述的分析

目的：分析药学论著中有关抗感染药物配伍矛盾论述,并对矛盾论述的处置方法作一简介。方法：选择常用20种抗感染药物,通过电子《药品处方集》查找药学论著中有关配伍矛盾论述,并作了分析。结果：药学论著中有关常用20种抗感染药物的矛盾论述计151条（种）,其结论大多相左。结论：判断抗感染药物与其他药物是否可以配伍,不宜简单查阅一本药学论著,应严格对照其药物说明书是处置配伍矛盾的首选方法,必要时可以建立小型课题,验证配伍的可靠性。

Analysis of Conflicting Discourses of Anti-infective Drug Compatibility in Pharmaceutical Works

Objective： To analyse the conflicting discourses of anti-infective drug compatibility in pharmaceutical works and to introduce the disposal method. Methods： The frequently used 20 kinds of anti-infective drugs were selected. The conflicting discourses of the selected anti-infective drug compatibility were found by the electronic version of ＂Drugs Formulary＂ and then were analyzed. Results： The total number of conflicting discourses about the selected anti- infective drug compatibility is 151 and the conclusions most at odds. Conclusion： It is not suitable to refer a pharmaceutical works when determining the compatibility of anti-infective drugs and other drugs. A strict accordance with the drug instructions is the preferred method to dispose drug compatibility. A small study is designed to verify the reliability of drug compatibility if it is necessary.
