600例围手术期患者抗菌药物的使用分析

目的：分析洪湖市人民医院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的使用情况，以促进临床合理用药。方法：抽取600例手术患者临床资料，对围手术期应用抗菌药物的情况进行分析。结果：围术期抗菌药物的用药指征过宽，用药时机把握不准，用药时间过长，选药和联合用药不合理，以及病原菌培养的送检率较低，药敏试验偏少。结论：围手术期抗菌药物的不合理使用现象比较严重，应加强管理、规范用药。

Analysis of Related Factors for Using Antibacterial Agents in 600 Patients of Perioperative Prophylactic

Objective： To analyse the present situation and rationality on perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis in perioperative period in the People＇s Hospital of Honghu, and to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods： Six hun- dred surgical patients clinical data were collected, the effect of perioperative application of antimicrobial drugs is anal- ysed. Results： Perioperative antimicrobial drug indication too wide, drug use timing is not standardized, drug use is too long drug selection is not reasonable, combination therapy is unreasonable, pathogen detection rate is lower, and the test is less susceptible. Conclusion： The irrational use of antibiotics is serious, to which should be paid a close attention clinically. The Management had to be strengthened and the rational use of drugs had to be standardized.
