广西县级结核病定点医院防治模式的建立和实施效果分析

目的：分析广西县级结核病定点医院防治项目实施情况，为不断完善结核病防治服务体系建设提供参考。方法：通过查阅项目实施细则、结核病专报系统报表和项目报表以及对县级督导报告等记录进行综合分析。结果：项目实施期间，非结防机构网络实际报告肺结核患者总体到位率99．62％（1845／1852）；67．26％（758／1127）的结核病患者来源于转诊；新涂阳肺结核患者登记指标完成率132．28％（4i8／3i6）；新涂阳肺结核患者治疗成功率93．30％（390／418）；肺结核患者接受免费肝功能检查指标完成率143．86％（984／684）；共为278名患者提供心理支持。结论：广西两个项目县在全球基金结核病项目经费支持下成功建立和运行结核病定点医院防治模式，实施效果良好。

Effectiveness analysis of TB control mode in designated county hospitals of Guangxi

Objective To analyze the implementation status of the TB control mode in designated county hospitals,in order to provide the reference for improving the services system construction of TB control. Methods Data from the project implementation details, TB reporting system, project reporting system, supervision report and so on were collected and comprehensive analysis was carried out. Results During the implementation of the TB control mode, the overall arri- val rate among suspected TB patients reported by the non TB control organizations was 99. 62% （1 845/1 852）. 67.26% （758/1 127） of TB patients were from referral. The target completion rate of the new smear--positive TB pa tients registration was 132.28% （418/316）. The treatment success rate of the new smear--positive TB patients was 93.30% （390/418）. The target completion rate of providing free liver checking for TB patients was 143.86% （984/ 684）. There were 278 TB patients who had gained the psychological supporting. Conclusions The TB control mode in designated hospitals was successfully established and carried out in two counties supported by the funding of the global fund TB project. The implementation effect was good.
