静脉用药调配中心医院感染管理方法的探讨

目的：探讨降低静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）医院感染发生率的有效管理方法。方法：选自2012年1—10月期间PIVAS施行医院感染管理的控制措施,并对比研究实行该措施前、后医院感染的控制效果。结果：2011年度医院感染发生率为2.49%,2012年度医院感染发生率为1.01%,在医院感染管理实施前、后医院感染的发生率经比较其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在PIVAS加强对医院感染的管理,可有效控制医院感染事件的发生,降低医院感染的发生率。

Study on Control Methods of Nosocomial Infection in PIVAS

Objective： To study the effective control methods ofnosocomial infection in pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）. Methods： Practicing the control measures of nosocomial infection during Jan. 2012 to Oct. 2012 in PIVAS, the control effects were compared to take control measures before and after the nosocomial infection. Results： The incidence of nosocomial infection was 2.49% during 2011, and the incidence of nosocomial infection was 1.01% during 2012. The incidences of nosocomial infection in the nosocomial infection management before and after implementation were compared and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The management of nosocomial infection was strengthened in PIVAS, which could effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infection. The incidence of nosocomial infection was reduced.
