| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑梗死早期溶栓的观察与护理体会。方法对德阳市人民医院神经内科2013-01/09急性脑梗死时间窗内20例患者行静脉滴注溶栓剂治疗,给予全程观察护理,观察溶栓前、后病情变化。结果溶栓治疗后14例溶栓成功,5例病情减轻,1例并发胃肠道出血。结论急性脑梗死早期溶栓使血管再通,是目前降低急性脑梗死患者病死率及致残程度较有效的治疗手段,而护士严密的观察病情、精心的护理配合是急性脑梗死早期溶栓治疗成功的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss observation and nursing experience in patients with acute cerebral infarction and receiving early thrombolytic therapy. Methods During Jan.,to Sept. in 2013,20 patients with acute cerebral infarction in the time window were conducted intravenous thrombolytic and received all course observation and nursing. The illness status was compared before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment,14 cases were succeeded in thrombolysis; 5 cases showed remission and one case manifested complication of gastrointestinal bleeding. Conclusion Early thrombolytic therapy in is a relatively effective therapy to lower the fatality rate and disability degree in treating acute cerebral infarction. Close observation and intensive care are both important aspects for the success of the operation. |
