参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌30例临床观察

目的观察参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和对生活质量的影响。方法将60例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组,均给予化疗治疗,采用紫杉醇＋顺铂（TP方案）：紫杉醇135mg/m2,静脉滴注3h,第1d;顺铂75mg/m2,静脉滴注,第2d。21d为1个周期,2个周期后评价疗效。治疗组30例在化疗前3d加用参麦注射液治疗,15d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程;对照组单纯应用化疗治疗。观察2组中医症状积分、生活质量积分、卡氏（Karnofsky）评分和毒副反应。结果治疗组治疗后中医症状积分、生活质量积分、Karnofsky评分均较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后明显改善（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗后中医症状积分改善不明显,生活质量积分、Karnofsky评分较本组治疗前改善（P〈0.05）。经Ridit分析,2组毒副反应比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组毒副反应低于对照组。结论参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌具有提高机体免疫力、保护骨髓功能、改善临床症状、毒副反应少、提高生活质量及增效减毒作用。

Effect of Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality of patients with advanced nonsmallcell lung cancer

Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality of patients with advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=30）were treated by only chemotherapy,applying TP project including Paclitaxel,135mg/m2,Cisplatin,75mg/m2.60 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Shenmai injection and chemotherapy.The course was 15 days in two groups.After two courses,symptom integral,life quality integral,Karnofsky score and side effect were observed.Results The improvement of symptom integral,life quality integral and Karnofsky score after treatment in treatment group were superior to those before treatment and after treatment in control group（P〈0.05）.Life quality integral,Karnofsky score after treatment were improved significantly compared with those before treatment in control group（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on side effect（P〈0.05）by Ridit analysis.Conclusion The combination of Shenmai injection and chemotherapy can enhance the immunity,defend marrow function,improve clinical symptoms and raise life quality of patients with advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer.
