鱼腥草注射液联合抗生素治疗创伤合并呼吸道感染疗效分析

为观察鱼腥草注射液联合抗生素治疗创伤合并呼吸道感染临床疗效。将 38例创伤合并呼吸道感染的病人随机分为两组 ,观察组 18例应用鱼腥草注射液联合抗生素 ,对照组 2 0例仅应用抗生素 ,从临床症状与实验室检查两方面进行对照观察。结果显示 ,在降低体温和减少分泌物方面 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在降低白细胞 ,改善肺部罗音方面无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;临床疗效评定结果比较 ,实验组有效率明显高于对照组 ;实验室检查结果显示 ,实验组对细菌的清除率明显高于对照组 ;对肝、肾功能测定结果表明 ,实验组对肝肾功能无损害。表明鱼腥草注射液联合抗生素治疗创伤合并呼吸道感染有肯定效果。

AN ANALYSIS ON THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF "YU XING CAO" INJECTION AND ANTIBIOTICS ON TRAUMA WITH RESPIRATORY-TRACT INFECTION

The aim of the paper is at observing the therapeutic effect of "YU XING CAO" injection and antibiotics on trauma with respiratory-tract infection (TRTI). Thirty-eight cases of TRTI were randomly divided into two groups: the observed (n=18 cases) and the control (n=20 cases), which were treated by "YU XING CAO"injection and antibiotics and by antibiotics alone, respectively; and the clinical symptoms and the laboratory examination results of the two groups were observed and compared. The comparison of the two groups showed a significant difference (P<0.05) in body temperature descendance and internal secretion decrease but no significant difference (P>0.05) in leukocytes decrease and lung-rales improvement. The results of both therapeutic-effect evaluation and laboratory examinations showed that the effective and bacteria-removing rates of the observed group were obviously higher than those of the control; the results of the renal and liver function assay showed no damage of the renal and liver function in the observed group, suggesting that "YU XING CAO" injection and antibiotics have a definite therapeutic effect on TRTI.
