| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州地区儿童发生医院轮状病毒感染的分子流行病学特点。方法采用前瞻性研究和分子流行病学方法,对2009年1-12月入院,符合医院感染急性腹泻诊断并经过大便轮状病毒抗原检测证实为轮状病毒感染的50例患儿,用RT-PCR方法进行G、P分型。结果 2009年全年共收治30 351例患儿,发生医院感染692例,感染率为2.28%,其中胃肠道感染138例,感染率为0.45%;发病年龄以<2岁为主,其中7～12月龄最高,占36.00%;发病季节集中在秋、冬季节(1、10、11月份);对50例RV抗原阳性病例进行G、P分型,其中45例显示阳性结果,阳性率为90.00%,G分型以G1型(60.00%)最多、其次为G3型(13.33%),P分型以P8型(60.00%)为主、其次为P4型(26.67%),组合分型以G1P8为主(40.00%)、其次为G1P4型(13.33%)。结论广州地区2009年医院感染轮状病毒腹泻病流行的主要基因型为G1型,组合型以G1P8型为主。
