摘    要:目的分析呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的病原菌构成及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2010年6月重症监护病房发生VAP的106例患者,痰培养分离的病原菌及药敏结果。结果 VAP发生率为41.57%,培养出细菌116株;其中革兰阴性杆菌67株,占57.75%,革兰阳性杆菌33株,占28.45%,真菌16株,占13.80%;培养出的细菌前5位分别是嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌18株,鲍氏不动杆菌16株,肺炎克雷伯菌13株,表皮葡萄球菌10株,白色假丝酵母菌10株。结论 VAP感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主,耐药率普遍较高,应根据病原学分析,合理应用抗菌药物。
