| 摘 要： | 目的探索新时期社区医疗卫生服务中医源性感染的预防与控制。方法 2008年10月起,对社区医疗卫生服务中存在的医源性感染问题进行调查,提出推进措施并进行实施。结果医护人员在社区医疗卫生服务中,存在诸多不规范的行为;通过培训、督导、考核等措施后,患者的医源性感染率从5.81%下降至2.30%;患者的满意度由90.04%上升至99.62%。结论在社区医疗卫生服务中规范预防与控制措施,对降低其医源性感染有显著的作用。
