医院感染管理在突发公共卫生事件中的应急机制与应用

目的建立以医院感染管理为中心的应对突发公共卫生事件应急机制。方法制定了突发公共卫生事件的医院感染管理预案,其内容包括疫情报告、监测预警、现场控制、消毒隔离、个人防护等,将医院感染管理贯穿在处置突发公共卫生事件中的全过程。结果确立了医院感染控制科在突发公共卫生事件中的职能定位,建立了快速的传输和信息支撑系统,积极与当地政府和上级卫生部门协调,切实为应对突发性公共卫生事件预防、控制、监测、报告、预警、咨询、指导和监督检查等提出依据。结论医院感染管理是突发公共卫生事件应急机制中的重要基础工作,为全面提高应对突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力提供了重要保证。
