| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育对骨科高龄患者并发肺部感染的影响。方法选取2008年11月-2011年1月医院42例骨科高龄并发肺部感染的住院患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各21例,对照组采用常规的处理方案进行治疗护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强健康教育,后将两组患者的住院时间、焦虑、抑郁评分、相关知识掌握程度、治疗积极性及生活质量(QOL)评分进行统计及比较。结果观察组的住院时间(16.9±3.8)d短于对照组的(22.5±4.6)d,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,相关知识掌握程度及治疗积极性均好于对照组,QOL评分(78.2±12.8)分高于对照组的(67.8±13.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育对骨科高龄并发肺部感染患者有着积极的改善作用,可以综合改善患者的多个评估项目。
