| 摘 要： | 目的比较含氯消毒剂和单过硫酸氢钾复合物消毒剂擦拭检验科物体表面的杀菌效果。方法选取检验科15处最易被污染的物体表面,消毒前和在用两种不同消毒剂消毒后分别采样,进行细菌培养后计算细菌总数。结果两种消毒液消毒效果均令人满意,消毒合格率均为100.0%,杀菌率分别达到98.1%和97.4%。结论过氧化物类的消毒剂可作为含氯消毒剂物体表面消毒的替代用品。
