2008-2010年结核分枝杆菌的耐药性分析

目的了解2008-2010年结核患者分离出的结核分枝杆菌对常用抗结核药物的耐药性变迁。方法采用罗氏培养系统进行结核分枝杆菌培养,药敏试验采用绝对浓度法,回顾性分析天津市海河医院分离的455株痰结核分枝杆菌的耐药性。结果 455株结核分枝杆菌对链霉素、左氧氟沙星、利福平、乙胺丁醇、异烟肼、阿米卡星、对氨基水杨酸的总耐药率分别为29.2%、24.6%、23.1%、18.2%、18.5%、13.4%、9.2%。结论结核分枝杆菌的耐药率仍然较高,规范、足量、联合用药,是减缓耐药率的主要途径。

Analysis of antibiotics resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis during 2008-2010
