| 摘 要： | 目的加强军队医院医疗合作科室医院感染管理工作,提高医疗质量。方法对军队医院合作科室感染管理存在的薄弱环节进行分析,并提出对策。结果加强医院感染管理知识培训,提高员工感染控制意识,严格质量监控,能有效预防与控制医院感染的发生。结论医疗合作科室医院感染管理应做到完善制度、科学管理、注重人文关怀。
