| 摘 要： | 目的研究分析综合性基层医院多部位多重医院感染的临床特点,为预防与控制多重医院感染提供科学的临床依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2008-2010年多重医院感染资料汇总进行统计分析。结果 11 466例住院患者发生医院感染319例,388例次,感染率为2.78%,例次感染率3.38%;多重医院感染41例,占医院感染的12.85%,例次多重医院感染136例,占医院感染例次的35.05%;感染部位以下呼吸道感染居首位,占52.94%,基础疾病感染发病率最高为呼吸道疾病,为29.27%,病原菌共检出116株,其中革兰阴性杆菌占54.31%,革兰阳性球菌占9.48%,真菌占36.21%。结论医院感染率3年呈平稳态势,但多重医院感染率上升明显,临床工作将面临新的挑战。
