| 摘 要： | 目的探讨流程管理在医院消毒供应中心去污区的应用,提高管理质量。方法运用流程化管理模式,制定一系列措施,结合医院实际渗透到质量、安全、效率、人员素质等各个层面。结果通过3年多的实践,去污区工作质量和人员素质明显提高,清洗物品抽检合格率较前提高80.0%,保证了灭菌质量,控制了医院感染的发生。结论流程管理是一套行之有效的管理模式,顺应了现代化消毒供应中心的需求。
