摘    要:目的探讨尿路感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床医师合理用药提供科学依据。方法病原菌分离鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行;采用CLSI推荐的K-B法进行药敏试验。结果医院234株尿路感染病原菌均为耐药菌,其中,大肠埃希菌居第1位,占25.6%,肠球菌属居第2位,占14.5%;病原菌对抗菌药物产生了不同程度的耐药性,但革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素100.0%敏感,革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南100.0%敏感。结论尿路感染病原菌耐药性不断增强,临床医师应根据药敏结果合理用药。
