| 摘 要： | 目的了解贵州省医疗机构血液透析室水处理系统监测情况。方法设置调查表,对贵州省医疗机构血液透析室水处理系统监测情况进行调查。结果共有22所医院参加完成了调查,其中9所医院每日对水处理系统进行保养,占40.91%,部分医院未定期对水处理系统进行保养;19所医院每月对透析液做细菌学培养检测,占86.36%,16所医院每季度对透析用水做内毒素检测,占72.73%,部分医院透析用水及透析液未按照相关规定进行定期监测。结论透析用水的质量是透析安全和医疗质量的重要保障,部分医院的血液透析室水处理系统监测不规范,必须规范对水处理系统的质量控制,进一步规范血液透析室管理,以保证患者血液透析安全。
