临床一次性医疗用品使用管理的调查分析与对策

目的调查一次性医疗用品使用的现状,强化管理,保证临床使用安全。方法对医院2008年1月-2010年1月,使用一次性医疗用品的28个科室,进行4个项目的调查12次,共计1344例次。结果 1344例次检查中有189例次存在管理问题,占14.1%,其中存在问题最多的为存放问题94例次,占49.7%、其次为使用环节问题62例次,占32.8%、用后处理问题31例次,占16.4%、进货环节缺陷2例次,占1.1%。结论临床医疗一次性用品的管理尚存在许多隐患,分析原因,提出强化医护人员医院感染意识、严把进货关、合理储存、避免积压、规范使用、加大督查力度等是保证一次性医疗用品质量,有效控制医院感染和社会污染,确保医疗用品安全的有效方法。

Management of disposable medical items in clinic and its countermeasures
