| 摘 要： | 目的分析胫腓骨开放性骨折患者术后并发感染的各种原因。方法选取2009年10月-2011年6月治疗的30例胫腓骨开放性骨折术后并发感染的患者为研究对象,将该手术后并发感染的原因进行统计及比较。结果经治疗后30例患者感染病灶全部愈合,胫腓骨开放性骨折术后并发感染的有诸多因素,其中伤口闭合方式和骨折固定方式不当明显高于其他原因,分别占46.7%和30.0%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论很多原因均可引起胫腓骨开放性骨折术后并发感染,采取正确有效地手术方式,认真进行手术操作可以降低胫腓骨开放性骨折术后并发感染的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze various reasons of postoperative infection for patients with open fracture of tibia and fibula. METHODS A total of 30 cases with open fractures of tibia and fibula treated from Jan 2007 to Dec 2010 were selected as research object,and the risk factors for concurrent infection after surgery were analyzed and compared.
