| 摘 要： | 目的调查高原地区医院临床病原菌及药敏监测分析,为临床用药和预防医院感染提供依据。方法收集2009年12月-2010年7月常见标本采用湖南长沙生产的天地人TDR、200B型细菌自动鉴定仪按照常规方法进行培养、分离、鉴定与药物敏感试验。结果送检标本148份,共分离出病原菌76株,阳性率51.3%;分离到常见革兰阳性菌51株占总检出率的67.1%,分离到常见革兰阴性菌25株占总检出率的32.9%,高原地区受地理条件环境的影响,革兰阳性菌易于革兰阴性菌的繁殖,差异有统计学意义,常见革兰阳性菌其分布特点与国内近期的其他研究资料有差异。结论高原环境对病原菌的分布和产生有一定的影响,依据其特点,医师应主要参考该地区、医院的某一时段的监测结果选择敏感的抗菌药物进行治疗。
