| 摘 要： | 目的研究夏季高温环境下留置导尿患者集尿袋更换时间与尿路感染的相关性,以探讨夏季高温环境下更换集尿袋的最佳时间。方法选择2009-2010年连续两年夏季高温环境(7～8月)符合入选标准的留置导尿患者95例,随机分为3组,A组31例,1d更换一次集尿袋;B组32例,2d更换一次集尿袋;C组32例,3d更换一次集尿袋,每天采集3组患者的尿液进行细菌培养,连接检测5d。结果尿培养细菌阳性率A组(19.4%)与C组(28.1%)比较,差异无统计学意义,B组(8.1%)与A、C组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论夏季高温环境下留置导尿患者2d更换一次集尿袋为宜。 |
