| 摘 要： | 目的对照分析研究医院尿路感染细菌分布及耐药性。方法随机抽取医院尿路感染革兰阴性杆菌45例,革兰阳性菌18株;门诊非医院尿路感染革兰阴性杆菌42株,革兰阳性菌19株,进行细菌分布及耐药性的统计分析。结果革兰阴性杆菌医院感染组与非医院感染组均主要为大肠埃希菌,分别占62.2%和66.6%;葡萄球菌属医院感染组和非医院感染组均主要为表皮葡萄球菌,分别占33.3%和68.4%;革兰阳性菌医院感染组细菌分布多于非医院感染组,两组细菌分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);革兰阴性杆菌医院感染组耐药菌株最多的前5种抗菌药物,耐药率均>53.3%;革兰阴性杆菌医院感染组与非医院感染组对抗菌药物耐药率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄球菌属医院感染组与非医院感染组的分布差异,反映医院内各种感染患者较为集中,可能存在交叉感染;革兰阴性杆菌医院感染组与非医院感染组在细菌对抗菌药物耐药率有明显差异,反映医院内在使用抗菌药物方面还需进一步掌握适应证,防止抗菌药物的滥用,以减少耐药菌株的发生。
