| 摘 要： | 目的了解剖宫产围术期抗菌药物的使用现状,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查,对2008年6-7月出院的200例行剖宫产术病例的抗菌药物使用情况进行统计、分析。结果 200例患者围术期全部使用抗菌药物,使用率100.00%,均采用静脉给药的方法;术后用药4～12d,平均给药天数5.41d;使用频度前3位的药物为头孢美唑34.75%、头孢噻肟22.34%、头孢氨苄20.57%;术后联合用药20例,占10.00%。结论剖宫产围术期用药在用药选择、用药时间、疗程等方面存在不合理之处,应从合理选用药品、规范用药和缩短用药疗程上加强管理。
