| 摘 要： | 目的掌握2005-2009年吉林大学白求恩第一医院流感流行趋势及流感病毒的变异情况,预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法收集流感流行病学资料和病原学资料进行分析,采取严格的医院感染防控措施。结果 2005-2009年流感样病例就诊率分别为1.82%、3.16%、3.05%及2.12%;流感病例就诊情况基本平稳,发病高峰主要集中在每年的11、12月及1月,发病人群主要集中在儿童;共分离出病毒169株,分离率为15.79%,优势毒株交替出现。结论应继续加强流感监测,积累医院感染预防控制工作经验,为流感预防控制和临床诊疗提供科学依据。
