生物膜特效清洗剂MatrixTM对呼吸机管路生物膜的清除效率评价

摘    要:目的评价生物膜特效清洗剂MatrixTM对呼吸机管路生物膜的清除效率。方法建立呼吸机管路生物膜模型,使用生物膜特效清洗剂MatrixTM和含酶清洗剂,按照推荐使用浓度完成清洗步骤,用生物膜活菌计数法和ATP生物荧光法评价生物膜特效清洗剂MatrixTM的清洗效果。结果使用生物膜特效清洗剂MatrixTM对呼吸机管路生物膜细菌清除效率达100.00%,ATP生物荧光法检测ATP降低率为99.19%;含酶清洗剂对细菌清除效率为98.08%,ATP生物荧光法检测ATP减少率为90.47%。结论生物膜特效清洗剂MatrixTM比酶清洗剂更能有效去除呼吸管路内生物膜。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clearance effect of the biofilm remover MatrixTM against Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm on inner surface of ventilator pipes. METHODS The biofilm model on inner surface of tubes was formed,tubes were cleaned by the biofilm remover MatrixTM and enzymatic detergents.The cleaning effect of tubes was evaluated by the method of surviving bacterial counts and ATP bioluminescence assay.
