| 摘 要： | 目的分析老年长期气管插管患者痰培养和药敏试验特点,指导临床用药。方法对近6年老年病房长期气管插管328例患者,800份痰标本培养及药敏试验进行分析。结果痰培养以混合菌生长为主,>2种菌占58.50%;致病菌以革兰阴性菌为主,占84.87%,革兰阳性菌和真菌分别为11.07%和4.06%;对主要革兰阴性菌敏感率最高的抗菌药物是阿米卡星,为75.84%、其次是亚胺培南为56.23%;对金黄色葡萄球菌敏感率最高的抗菌药物是万古霉素,为96.43%。结论长期气管插管的老年患者并发肺部感染,经验性治疗建议联合使用阿米卡星、亚胺培南、头孢吡肟等针对革兰阴性菌为主的药物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the feature of sputum susceptibility test of elderly patients with long-term endotracheal intubations,to guide the physician how to use the antibiotics.
