| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理管理在医院感染管理中的重要性及预防医院感染的措施。方法建立完善的外科护理管理制度;充分发挥护士长的管理作用;加强医院感染知识的培训;强化控制感染意识;严格消毒,正确无菌操作;减少侵入性操作;严格洗手制度;预防手术切口感染;合理使用抗菌药物。结果通过护士长的管理及护理人员对预防医院感染的正确认识,掌握各项有关知识和技术,可以大幅度减少医院感染的发生。结论护理管理是医院感染管理中的重要组成部分,加强外科护理管理工作是降低和控制医院感染的关键。
