| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基层医院医院感染管理存在的关键问题及对策。方法通过调查分析,提出基层医院医院感染管理存在的关键问题,探讨其有效对策。结果基层医院医院感染管理存在4个方面关键问题:医院领导、职工对医院感染管理工作认识不足;资金投入不够;医院感染管理人才短缺;医院感染管理制度的监督机制缺失。结论基层医院医院感染管理薄弱,需提升、加强。
