| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症监护病房呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生的危险因素及病原菌分布。方法对重症监护病房收住的357例机械通气患者中VAP的发生情况、相关因素及病原菌分布进行回顾性分析。结果 VAP的发病率为18.8%;病原菌分布:革兰阴性菌占65.6%,革兰阳性菌25.4%,真菌9.0%;患者的年龄、机械通气时间≥7d、应用制酸药物、意识障碍、抗菌药物联用及留置胃管是VAP的高危因素。结论 VAP的病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,且危险因素的存在与VAP的发生密切相关,应加强对危险因素的监控。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors and distribution of pathogenic bacteria of VAP in ICU room. METHODS The situation,risk factors and distribution of pathogenic bacteria of 357 patients with VAP were reviewed retrospectively.
