针刺配耳穴贴压治疗肥胖症300例疗效观察

目的探讨针灸对肥胖症的临床效应。方法电针加耳穴压籽法，经过1—3个疗程治疗后，测定治疗前后患者体重、体重指数（BMI），以及腰臀比值（WHR）的变化，观察针灸减肥的效果。结果经t检验分析，证实针灸疗法具有较好的减肥作用。结论针灸减肥结合相应的饮食结构的调整，适量的运动，能够影响机体的脂肪合成、分解代谢功能，从而达到治疗肥胖症的效应。

Observations on the efficacy of acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy for treating 300 obesity cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture on obesity.Methods Electroacupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy was used.After 1-3 courses of treatment,changes in body weight,body measurement index (BMI) and weight-hip ratio (WHR) were observed in the patients to evaluate the reducing effect of acupuncture on body weight.Results A t-test showed that acupuncture had a good reducing effect on body weight.Conclusion Weight reduction by acupuncture should be combined with diet and proper movement.Acupuncture can influence bodily fat anabolism and catabolism to produce the curative effect on obesity.
