| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阴道彩超联合阴道镜在早期宫颈癌及宫颈癌前病变诊断中的临床价值。方法:对43例患者进行阴道彩超和阴道镜两项检查,其中早期宫颈癌患者24例,宫颈癌前病变19例,均有手术及活体组织病理证实。结果:阴道彩超诊断早期宫颈癌和癌前病变的敏感性和特异性为58.14%和86.67%,而阴道镜为95.35%和96.00%。结论:阴道彩超联合阴道镜检查诊断早期宫颈癌和宫颈癌前病变会更全面和减少漏诊率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCDS) combined with vaginal speculum in the early stage cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN).Methods:43 patients' their pathologic results underwent TVCDS and vaginal speculum were compared.Results:43 patients showed a sensitivity of 58.14% and a specificity of 86.67% in TVCDS and 95.35% and 96.00% in vaginal speculum.Conclusion:TVCDS combination with vaginal speculum are more complete diagnosis and reduce divulge rate in early stage cervical cancer and CIN. |
